I was OK at maths, probability etc and I have found myself skimming vast sections of the section on Optimal Play. Has anyone atually read this, or do. As the book shows, Ankenman is a dedicated researcher and analyst. Of course the seminal work is Bill Chen's "Mathematics of Poker" but it reads like a graduate level MIT textbook.
